We Guarantee that our ovens are 100% Authentic Italian Terracotta. Each oven made in Italy and imported to the United States to be carefully constructed by hand in North Haven Connecticut. We receive each shipment within approximately 4 weeks of our order and construct each oven in an additional 4-6 weeks.

About our Ovens
Each oven is customized per order and is authentic to each customer. There are numerous tiling and customization options to choose from. Every oven is constructed with highly resistant refractory terrecotta that is fired at 1040 °C and imported from Italy. These wood fired ovens are highly efficient at containing the heat at high temperatures which adds quality to whatever will be cooking inside. Aproximate cooking time varies per pizza but averages arouns 2-3 min per pie. If you are looking for a highly efficient and quality oven for your business or home Avanti is the answer.
